Surprise Ending

Well I felt frustrated that day
I seemed as if I weighted 600 pounds
And I was eight feet tall
And it seemed as if everyone
Kept staring at me
Because they were all the same
And I was different.

That day I felt as if I was
Walking through a earthquake
Only the earthquake was only in my head

And I think that I almost knew
What a giant or a dwarf felt like
This day.

And I wanted to go to some closet or cave
To hide out in
For a couple of hundred years.

Impossible day
Impossible life

I have been mounted by a tyrant of longing

And that day I looked in a mirror
And the reflection hit the light wrong
And looked very cruel
And a woman, whom I liked, who I thought
Was kind and cool, well I looked at her
With much longing and kindness
As our eyes met for a few moments,
Then a look of repulsion spread along the plains
And valleys of her face.

Then I felt like I was going to break
Like something fragile, but I didn’t,
Somehow I made it through the rest.
