Sheets of Rain

                 Rain was
                       F
                         A
                            L
                               L
                                  I
                                    N
                                       G
                     from the sky.
                 Heavy dark clouds in
                        motion,
                 lightning flashes,
                    images flood
                           my
                                eye.
                 As i drive across
                   a bridge
              sheets of rain
                pound on the glass.                 
                  Thoughts of a
                             girl
                            swirl
                     around my
                          head,
                       which
                           led
                        me to think
                        in a blink
                    of where I want
                       to go!
                    On wild rides,
                       which don’t
                                  hide
                        the best of her
                     to know.           
                          Smiles on
                       our faces
                          as
                          we race
                        into the future
                         with a
                            glow
                             that will
                            Blow
                                Us
                             Away!
